Hydraulic Service Manifolds HSM series

The hydraulic service manifolds are blocks that separate the test system from the hydraulic line. This is necessary when more than one system is connected to the ring main.

The hydraulic service manifolds provide also other important features like low pressure/low flow and soft ramp to high pressure. These features are important to increase safety in operating the system.In fact the reduced pressure/ reduced flow feature allows the mounting of the specimen in a safe mode . Loss of contol will not cause a sudden movement of the actuator.

Servo2000 has developed hydraulic service manifolds controlling flow rate from 125 l/min to 650 l/min with hydraulic ports to connect single or multiple hydraulic actuator.

Special versions allow the control and filtering of the pilot pressure of two stage servovalvoles and pressure to feed oil to pilot stage of three stage servovalves.
